Day 3: Breathing & Setting Intentions

Day 3: Sat and talked with Ella about setting her intentions for the day. We talked about letting all of the things that bother her build up one at a time into bubbles as she inhales and then pushing those bubbles out while she exhales. We talked about making her days happy and setting goals in the mornings (and any other time) with meditation. I am so proud of her for being so open and asking so many questions. Then Anna joined us for some practice breathing....somehow it turned into some practicing on our bee noises. What a wonderful day. I worry sometimes that Ella is too grown up for her own good - this will help her to release her worries and just be a kid. Thank you for this challenge, it was exactly what we needed today!
