Working temptations

Ugh. So my cnas LOVE to try an keep me fat. One has a sweet tooth, and as a thanks for me letting her run to dairy queen she rewards me with a blizzard. The other has a taste for fried chicken, and just as the other one does she rewards me with my favorite...a Cajun filet biscuit combo. Another smokes like a chimney and asks me to go with her every 5 minutes for a smoke. And the fourth just likes Reese peanut butter cups, which is my favorite candy. What the hell. How can I beat this? I mean, I should be happy they all like me and give me goodies right? Turning them down is just an insult, right?!?
I'm proud of myself. Instead of candy I put back sunflower seeds, 100 calories and it kept me busy for awhile. And I managed to turn down carribean jerk wings (ahhh....Jamaican seasonings) for a bowl of tomato soup.
This calorie tracker told me I needed 1620 calories to meet my goal weight/time. I decided to shoot for 1200. So far I've hit about 1500 daily.

One day at a time. My goal for this week is to double my water intake, avoid sweets & work out three times for at least 20 minutes.

And....to avoid my dreaded (but sweet) cnas and their devilish tempting goodies.
