My phone

So. My phone has helped me so much the past week. I started using the app MyFitnessPal, tracking every single bite I eat and the calories I can have every day. When I first started I was going over my 1200 calorie limit by about 500 every day. But the past week I have decided to buckle down and listen to my phones advice. I've lost 6lbs since I started iChunky. I don't feel it yet, but I've also not tried any of my clothes on. I've wore scrubs (work) every day for two weeks.

Sidebar: if you work in a profession that requires scrubs please remember that you will get fat if you don't watch it. They are the equivalent to sweat pants daily.

The second app I've downloaded is by the amazing LIVESTRONG group. It let me pick a quit date and every time I smoke I push a little button to track. It also gives you help with cravings, advice & motivation (every time I open it I see my sweet daughter) I'm doing really well sticking to my plan. Even coming in under my allotted smokes on some days! Yay!

Goals for next week.
1. Listen to my phone (both apps)
2. Start the couch 2 5k program back up
3. Start cutting back my caffeine addiction (I have a super migraine now because of this, but I'm going to beat it!)
